Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Yubo Cao, an individual sole proprietor, handles information for Yubo Cao Personal Alerts, the SMS and voice notification line operated from +1 (470) 857-5956.

Who receives messages

The line exists so that Yubo's own software, including the AI coding agents he runs on his computers, can reach him while he is away from the keyboard. Its only recipient is Yubo himself. The software sends only to the single mobile number he configured, and it is not used to contact customers, the public, or any other person.

Information collected

• The recipient's mobile phone number.
• The content, time, and delivery status of text messages sent to and received from the line.
• For voice calls that ask a question, the time and status of the call, the audio recording of the spoken answer, and a text transcript of that recording.
• Opt-in and opt-out records, including STOP and HELP replies.

How information is used

Information is used only to deliver notifications and questions to Yubo, to read his replies, to respect his quiet hours, and to process opt-out and help requests. It is not used for advertising or marketing, and it is not sold.

Sharing

Messages and calls are carried by Twilio, the communications provider for the line, and by the recipient's wireless carrier. Call recordings are transcribed by ElevenLabs. These service providers receive information only to provide those services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information may be disclosed if required by law or legal process.

Retention and security

Message logs and call recordings are stored in Yubo's Twilio account, and transcripts are stored on computers he controls. They are kept only as long as needed for these purposes, and access is limited to Yubo and the software he operates.
